You certify that by purchasing products from this website that you are over 18 years old.

The shipping method you choose does not affect order processing time. The shipping method is the method of delivery only. Normal order processing time can take up to 72 hours but we will process orders as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether The Vaporatory LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

There will be no refunds once an order has shipped. 

Refunds and replacements are ONLY offered on purchases that are defective upon receipt and must include original packaging. No refunds or replacements on: atomizers, batteries, clearance, cartomizers, clearomizers, cotton, drip tips, e-liquid, mechanical mods, re-buildable devices/parts, wick and wire or items purchased from website that are damaged due to misuse. The Vaporatory is not responsible for damages caused by malfunction or misuse of items sold on our website or in store. Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

Exchange items will not be shipped until the return is received by The Vaporatory LLC..

Products that are functional, not sold by The Vaporatory LLC, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange. 

Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than The Vaporatory LLC are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

All products we sell, are sold, “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied (unless stated otherwise in the product description) and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged during shipping.  Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving their defective/damaged product in order to start a return process (receiving of product will be based on your tracking number and the time and day that shows your package was delivered to you) DOA items only apply to electrical devices. Online purchases can be returned to our store front location but please contact us prior so we can pull up your order information to have on hand when you come in. Should a customer return an item without notifying us first, we reserve the right to refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff.  For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled e-liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, re-buildable devices and atomizers and parts for re-buildables and/or atomizers.  Therefore, our Return Policy excludes any products of this kind. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palate.

Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing.  Small nicks or polishing scratches are common on many of the products other companies sell as well as the ones we sell.  The only time we can accept a return or exchange an item, is if it is defective (meaning non-functioning) or damaged from shipping (meaning parts damaged or crushed due to handling upon delivery).  

TO START AN RMA OR RETURN PROCESS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY

Email us your name, order number that is associated with the product you wish to return, item you wish to RMA and issues you are experiencing with your product at sales@thevaporatory.com.  Please include pictures and be as detailed as possible. (Many times we are able to help customers troubleshoot issues, and a return/exchange is not required).

We will respond to your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours letting you know if your RMA has been approved or denied or if further clarification is needed.

If your request has been approved, please repackage the item(s) including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST NOT have any damage due to user error or abuse and must not have been used.

We will email you a prepaid return label that you can attach to the package which must be shipped back to us immediately by dropping off the package at your nearest USPS location. If you do not return the DOA item back to us within 15 days of first notifying us, your RMA will no longer be valid.

We will contact you once we receive your return.  Should you have any questions during the RMA process, please email us at sales@thevaporatory.com .

Replacement item(s) will be mailed back to you once the DOA item(s) have been received by us, inspected and found to be DOA.  However, they must be for the same item and the same finish, IF AVAILABLE. If an RMA product is found to be in perfect working condition, the original item will be returned back to you at your own expense.

RETURN TIME FRAME

Customers who are asked to return items for RMA issues, return for refund, or replacement, must return items within two weeks (15 days) from the day we approve any RMA, return, or replacement process (unless stated otherwise).  Failure to do so, will void your return.  Those packages will be sent back to you, or denied for acceptance during delivery.

REFUND POLICY

  1. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by The Vaporatory, LLC when the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase. Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion.   (Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us, The Vaporatory, LLC, before the product is returned.  If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products cannot be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused).
  1. Usually, refunds can take up to 14 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. If you have any questions regarding our return/refund process, feel free to email us at sales@thevaporatory.com.

Fulfillment Errors

Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by The Vaporatory LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.

Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request through our contact us page or via email. We cannot offer refunds or replacements on items customers incorrectly order and a new order must be placed with no refund on prior purchase if error is on customers part. 

Payments                          

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order. We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks or company checks for online purchases.

Order Acceptance Policy              

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Vaporatory LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products                 

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy               

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the The Vaporatory site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the The Vaporatory site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Privacy on Other Web Sites                        

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. The Vaporatory LLC is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Purchase Policy               

By purchasing products from The Vaporatory LLC you certify and agree that you are over 18 years of age and that products purchased from The Vaporatory LLC are to be used solely by persons over the age of 18.

You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by The Vaporatory LLC.

You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from The Vaporatory LLC.

The Vaporatory LLC will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from The Vaporatory LLC.

Products sold by The Vaporatory LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.

Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of The Vaporatory LLC or associated websites do not represent the opinion of The Vaporatory LLC or its employees or representatives.               

    Shipping Policy                

    Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Monday-Friday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability.

    We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Vaporatory LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

    Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

    Customs, Duties, VAT Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at The Vaporatory LLC and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.

    We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations.

    Taxes                  

    The Vaporatory LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

    Typographical Errors                    

    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Vaporatory LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Vaporatory shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
